"Men will say, 'Surely there is a reward for the righteous;
    surely there is a God who judges on earth.'" Psalm 58:11 (RSVCE)

Meditation: Blessed are those who hunger and thirst for justice, for they shall be satisfied. Injustice must not be tolerated. God is watching.

"Rouse thyself, come to my help, and see!" Psalm 59:4 (RSVCE)

Meditation: Just as the sleeping Jesus responded immediately to the cries of the disciples in the boat during the storm, he is ready to calm our storms when we cry out.

"For thou hast been to me a fortress
   and a refuge in the day of my distress." Psalm 59:16 (RSVCE)

Meditation: Come, Holy Spirit, and set me free.

Prayer 27

Madonna in Glory1

At the intercession of St. Michael and the heavenly choir of the Dominations, may it please God to grant us grace to have dominion over our senses, and to correct our depraved passions. Amen.53
