Meditation: Sticks and stones may break my bones, but death will never hurt me. For my soul is eternal and will rest secure in my new address where God, family and friends are waiting with open arms to welcome me home.

"If you make the LORD your refuge, if you make the Most High your shelter, no evil will conquer you; no plague will come near your home." Psalm 91:9-10 (NLT)

Meditation: An Irish friend of mine used to say, "They can kill you, but they can't eat you." Spiritually, speaking, they can kill my body, but my soul is forever protected from harm because I dwell in the presence of the Most High God.

Prayer to Saint Michael the Archangel:

Saint Michael, the Archangel, defend us in battle. Be our defense against the wickedness and snares of the devil. May God rebuke him, we humbly pray; and do thou, O Prince of the heavenly host, by the power of God cast into hell Satan and all the evil spirits who prow about the world seeking the ruin of souls. Amen.
